Very bad experience suggest wrong no of lenses staff did nt listen patient problem my eyes suffering so much pain worst in kanpur

The staff and Dr Himself seem like they are doing some kind of drama where they need to pretend like they are playing street play related to running an eye clinic just to get money out of innocent patients. Dr. With full of attitude and rudeness. Have no damn basic ethics that how to address the problem to an elderly patient who might not be so educated and might be in a panic (due to his own health conditions) to understand any procedure you explain to them. I doubted his competency. However, I hardly see him using any morden hight tech reliable eye diagnosis equipment. Because certainly they don't have anything as such ,other than basic Ophthalmoscope. Niether i saw staff following protocol for diagnostics procedure. Considering all these facts i genuinely find 500₹ Consultation charge is just a waste of money and time. I wish i could gave them half star and that too for their nice and sound clinic building.

Does not even listen to patient. Very rude. No professionalism at all. No telephonic appointment. Go there only if you have full 2 days to get even your eye sight checked. Someone referred me this doctor, but it was an utter disappointment to meet him. Infact, he should not have chosen this medical profession with this temperament. He is a Robot, not a doctor

Shekhar is just working on behalf of his wife (Vibha). He doesn't listen to the patient and just tell his opinion. He is basically looking only for money which they collect only in cash. No appointment over telephone. Please don't waste your time & money, there are other better eye specialist available in Kanpur & Lucknow.

Doctor and team is good but does not follow business ethics (former IITK doctor). They have only cash payment to avoid taxes. Moreover, some informations are unavailable for customers publically e.g. no prior appointment on sunday. Patient has to come, book appointment at reception desk and wait according to number of patients. Doctor could be a better role model for others in the same business.

Just a waste of time. Dr Shekhar Rastogi don’t want to listen the problem of patient. Just say what he want. He is not a professional and dedicated doctor . He is just working with the help of his wife without any professionalism. Plz don’t waste your hard earn money. Not recommended .

Bad and poor ! Guard/Helping staff is rigid and bad even Dr Vibha Rastogi is supporting them. If you wear Cotten mask or "Gamcha" like PM Modi pleas don't come because guard will behave rude with you and not allow You in. There COVID knowledge is at another level. They want to see you in those Blue/Black mask or may risk your dignity in just Rs 300. They say Cotten mask can not protect there Dr and PM Modi propagating is fake. I have a view when every Halwai is not expert in sweets how come every doctor is COVID Expert !
