While the Dr and process are the best you can ask for, the Lasik house has no differentiation between their patients and outpatients. Had Lasik done on 24 Dec and checkup booked for 26 Dec 2pm. I waited for more than 1.5 hrs. Around 3:45 my eyes got dry and starts to throb. Went to ask the receptionist and was surprised by her rude response and way of talking. She clearly has no training and isn't qualified to work in the hospitality sector and Lasik house should look into this. I expect more after paying around a lakh rupees and do not recommend it to others until the services are improved.

Dr Uma Agarwal used to be a wonderful doctor earlier, but ever since the lasik clinic has opened, she doesn't pay attention to patients who don't come for lasik. She only encourages people to get lasik and dismisses all other issues.
