Kannika Hospital - Eye Hospital in Harsh Nagar

I had a very disappointing experience at Kannika Eye Hospital. The service was extremely poor and the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that there was no proper system in place — everything felt chaotic and disorganized. The staff seemed disinterested and treated patients with a complete lack of respect and patience. Instead of providing assistance, they behaved arrogantly and made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for proper eye care. They seriously need to work on their professionalism and management.

Very bad doctor. Very bad service. Very bad staff. Please never go.... Please be safe with this scam. You will 100℅ regret. Trust me.

Kannika hospital staff behaviour is not good.. specially who is attend to patient on main reception and cashier staff is not giving information properly regarding operation time , and not following turn to every patient properly ,staff has no time management

Completely unprofessional, insist on futile investigations, non generic medicine, only from there own store. The response is not good..

Misbehaved by receptionist and staff not talk properly and didn't give any information which patient want

Except the Doctors checking your eyes, all the staff including Reception Ladies are Ridiculous. They neither care who is aged/respectful nor have sympathy with the Patients. The persons who claims to be a doctor eat tobacco themselves, how can we accept them as Doctor ? Doctor has an unconfirmed appointment timing. There is hardly an arrangement of 20 seats and rest of the patients ( Majority are senior citizens) have to wait for the seats to be vacant. The lady receptionist was so rude and mannerless that she doesn't even know how to talk with seniors. Coming out from the hospital you will get hilarious Medical store from where you have to buy medicines. Those guys are also extremely addicted of chewing tobacco. ======== So, overall I don't want to spread hate against this hospital but the experience I got here was totally disappointing, so either you pay ₹500 for an emergency receipt or just wait for an hour or two. ===== That's what I experienced and the experiences of different people will be different but not a promising Hospital. By paying this much amount you can have a better Option instead of this. Thank You.
