No concept of appointment here! If you think you've set up an appointment all they give you is time at which you have to come(which is what an appointment means) but the catch here is you wouldn't even get a chance. Went there waited for 3 hours from my appointment time before actually getting checked up on! Also wanted to add the staff is very coordinated as they just tell you to go here and there and ask what is taking so long and don't actually help in answering the question! Great coordination among themselves i must say. The number you get isn't told, sp there's no telling what actually your number is so you can atleast figure it out yourself how long do you have yo wait even after your appointment! But again great coordination among themselves!

No role of appointment. Meet Dr. after 2-3 hours.so come with sufficient time. Facilities are good.and staff is very friendly.😓

The doctor is very good Dr Manish is exceptionaly good and the facilities are also very good. THE RATING IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE DOCTOR. The only thing is the time that they take to see the patient. The lady at the reception is very very rude. She gives attitude as if she is the owner of the clinic. Does not have any sense how to deal with the patients and the attendants. Whenever I visit it takes me 4-5 hours just for the routine check up. They will give you the appointment of 1 pm but the doctor himself come at 2 pm. and after that it will take around 2-3 hours to get checked.

Doctor Manish Saxena is great human being he is very kind personality and special thanks to Ekta mam because of her I got my CGHS claim for successful eye operation of my father. This was my second experience with this hospital, first time I had visited for the eye checkup of my wife and at that time Doctor Neha saxena had told that eyes are good and no need to go for any treatment.

Dr Manish is very polite and sincere doctor. The hospital is clean and staff is very humble and educated. Sankar Kartik is one of the best hospital for eye treatment, they have well equipped instruments, latest machinery and they follow all safety measure and protocols.Also the laser treatment they provide is very much convenient and budget friendly.

Best eye hospital in Kanpur well equipped with all modern facilities. I went there for my father cataract operation. Dr Manish , Dr Neha and the staff they all are very dedicated, patient and soft spoken. They ensure that we properly informed about health and care. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Had best ever treatment there for my eyes. Staff is very cooperative and they give you proper time. Doctors are very cooperative..they will not let any inhibition to come to your mind..they give ample time to each patient as required and requested.
