I had a disappointing experience at the Titan Eye Plus store at [PPN Market Kanpur] on [24 November 24]. The staff seemed unresponsive, and it took over 30 minutes to get assistance despite the store not being busy. Additionally, the promised delivery timeline for my glasses was not met, causing inconvenience. I hope the store management works on improving customer service and adhering to timelines, as this does not align with Titan's reputation."

Beware of False Google Ratings NOT SATISFIED I recently made the MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THE 4.9 STAR RATING on Google for Titan Eye Plus and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite opting for the PREMIUM BURBERRY FRAME AND TITAN LENSES I received a product with UNCLEAR NEAR VISION and an OBSTRUCTION IN MY LEFT EYE vision. When I raised my concerns with the staff at the time of delivery in the store I was advised to wait for 10 to 12 days for my eyes to adjust to the new lenses. The staff at the shop ASKED ME TO POST A 5 STAR RATING at the time of delivery regardless of my level of satisfaction. They even called me to ask for a 5 star rating which I found EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This led me to believe that their high RATINGS ON GOOGLE MAY BE FALSELY INFLATED. However even after 10 days there was no improvement. I then reached out to their customer support team for REFUND but I only received automated responses and no concrete resolution YET. It is disappointing to see that multiple users are reporting similar issues with the product on twitter and the customer SUPPORT TEAM IS NOT PROVIDING ANY CONCRETE RESOLUTION to customer complaints. In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering TitanEyePlus to THINK TWICE before making a purchase.

Most stupid staff I have ever seen. They broke my mother’s spectacles while changing lenses and were handing over without informing me. Thank god i opened the box and checked in the shop itself. To my surprise the staff presented me the most stupid reason one can imagine “the lenses were of high power so the frame got broken.” LOL is it Titan Eye Plus??? I want to ask those guys.. lenses were of high power that’s why u guys were cheating?… was handing over broken frame without informing me. The chief staff named Shahrukh was unaware of the issue. Accountability is the missing thing and staff is free to present any stupid and illogical reason . I saw some other fellow customers as well … disappointed by wrongful things done by the staff. Don’t know how they fit the impractical number 4.9 in the review score.. may be some hack or trick.

One of the best Opto store in the city. Specialy Mr. Himanshu ji is the very helpfull and supportive stff. Plz keep it up👍👍

I liked my experience here .frames start from rs 1000 and were very nice.. infact when I visited ..there was 20 percent off offer on buying two pairs....so I brought a sunglass also.....sunglasses of fast-track ,you will get a good pair within 1500. The staff was very polite and helpful.
