Behaviour not good will not provide not sport staff

Almost whole team was good but there head need experience in people dealing and they are not very concerned about if customer is having a seat. Little courtesy is being expected especially from head. He gave preference to stock checking than to customer dealing which seems little off to me. We were two people didn’t even asked for seat though there whole staff was sitting and was busy doing some stock checking. This is first titan eye plus staff who was that cold

Worst experience ever.. Staff with poor communication skills...no msg regarding delivery of the product...least recommend place

Very bad experience with the store guy here. Overpriced lenses and frames on which they promised to give a 10% discount. But the moment I said I want to only buy the frame, the guy started being rude and refused to extend the paltry 10% discount even. Forget about discount, he was least interested in selling the frame either. Refused to tighten the screws. We walked out immediately. Pathetic operations at this branch. Won't be revisiting again.

Very much unprofessional staff. Today I have visited to this store. Showroom attended behavior is very bad and he tried to misguided me for the titan product. Extremely frustrating experience felt in this store.

Best in class service. I was looking for Budget specs with trendy options.I found the frame of my choices out on my first visit, staff is also nice they suggested me good quality lenses. Amazing 👌🙌
