Very rude behaviour of doctor Taken 79000 thousand from me by saying that 36000 per lens and 7000 anaesthesia charges When I ask for bill they replied wait we will provide after operation After operation they provide bill of 16000 each lens And say 42500 is my operation charge😭😭😭 Please see and understand this

Very soothing and outhstanding behavior of doctors and staff. There is also TPA department. You can take benefities if you have insurance policy.

The attitude of staff members is disheartening. Before surgery a nurse came to check blood pressure of my mother, while measuring the blood pressure her words thik se rakho haath. I think they may be behaving in the same way at there home place also. As far as treatment is concern ,my mother just had an eye operation here hopefully the situation gets under control. Fingers crossed 🤞.

It is one of the best places for eye-related ailments and help in Lucknow. Please make note the patient checkup starts not before 10 am. The opening timing 9.30 am of the clinic given here is slightly misleading.

I am a businessman from new delhi , and I came across with Dr. Hemant since 2016, he has done 10 successful surgeries in my extended family ,including my custom Lasik in 2016 and this weekend he will be doing epi contoura of my niece for which yesterday I was in the hospital for primary examination , I was in the room where this gentle man came with his son for followup after the surgery, and what I can collect is that he has got surgery done for both eyes of his son , fact he is hiding and also his son is 5 years old and after he left I asked the Dr. How the kid was operated in local anaesthesia ,I was told he got his surgery done under general anaesthesia, another fact this gentle man is hiding but everyone can see on the photo GA and BE in second photo mentioned Also I would point out that the way Dr. Addressed the future followup of the case was commendable and polite , after wards he came and started argument in the corridor in which I saw dr. standing with folded hands after explaining him the issue and he was never rude. Since, I could not resist the whole episode out of curiosity I asked him what the issue is? I was shown the ratelist and it was clear in it what has been done , dr.told me he was showing this on the ratelist document which is with the patient ,which he is hiding I come from delhi I got my Lasik done in 40000 against prevalent rate in Delhi as 90000, my too and fro journey stay all included even than I saved thousands, after that every surgery done here was 20-40 thousand less than centers at delhi, I have full faith in Dr. Hemant and his team Such irresponsible comments should not be made against person who has given light to your son and that two both eyes

Family member had a cataract surgery. Vision has objects flying and not improved even after few months. Very bad replies from doctor.
