When I faced an issue with my lenses, she handled it professionally and ensured I got them changed without any charge. Exceptional customer service and care—I highly recommend this clinic!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a clinic. Poor communication, long wait times despite having an appointment, and the staff seemed indifferent to patient concerns. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I wouldn’t trust them with my eye care again Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was rude, the service was painfully slow, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. I regret choosing this clinic and would advise others to look elsewhere for proper eye care. Very disappointing visit. The clinic felt unorganized, the staff lacked professionalism, and I didn’t feel cared for as a patient. I had high hopes but unfortunately, this place did not meet even basic expectations.

It was wonderful experience here. Eye testing process done smoothly. Doctor ask you for every detail to treat you properly. Supporting staff was humble and helpful. Overall experience was awesome.
