I am compelled to share my distressing experience with Dr. VK Garg. Despite his apparent lack of expertise, he treated my corneal issue with callous disregard, declaring me incurable regardless of further treatment options. Dr. Garg's insensitive approach severely impacted my mental well-being. Fortunately, I sought alternative treatment and have since experienced significant improvement in my vision. His staff lacks the fundamental understanding required to treat visually impaired individuals effectively. I share my story to caution others: do not expect empathy or effective care from Dr. Garg. My experience with Dr. VK Garg has been profoundly traumatic. I hope that by sharing my story, others will avoid similar suffering.

One of the best eye surgeon in the city. Highly professional and humble too. The staff in the clinic are well trained. Also the operation cost is reasonably charged. Most of cashless insurance claim available in the clinic. I would suggest the doctor to make visit fees reasonable its pretty high .

I went to the Vivekananda, which is a Government Hospital, where the doctor sits, for the problem my dad was facing with his vision. He called us to his private clinic, for further more 'focused' treatment. Little did we know that it was his money making scheme. After initial check up and tests, my dad visions started to worsen. Worried we took him again to his clinic, seeking some reassurance or guidance, which is the least a doctor could provide, to which he straight up denied, and asked us to pay again for the consultation and checkups, even when the treatment was on going. Just to be clear, we went two days back to him for the laser treatment that was going on, and we just needed some reassurance because my father was having sever pain from his treatment, to which he denied. Empathy is the least thing a doctor should have and Dr. V.K.Garg clearly lacks it. For a thing as delicate as vision, where the patient is worried constantly, support is much needed and he capitalizes it, all for making his profits. Also his daughter in law who performs the treatment is, I feel, highly unskilled and is constantly in a rush. She further complicated the case, and caused sever damage to my dad's eyesight. I would insist each and every one considering consulting Dr. V.K.Garg, to look for alternatives, and not at any cost go to him. Vision is precious and shouldn't be handled by such people who just want to make money out of it, with no regard of the patient.

My mother had eye bleed, so went to Dr Garg. He didn’t ask about patient history, didn’t explain causes, didn’t explain about procedures. He spent less than 30 sec with patient. They made diabetic patient to wait 5 hrs without food. Dr Mamatha did Angio for my mother. They couldn’t even put butterfly needle for a senior patient, my mother. It got punctured n they lied about that on face. When I said iam a qualified Doctor n wat they had done was wrong..ther was no answer. She did laser to my mother. She didn’t explain procedure to mother...jus coldly she did laser. My mother literally had tears in her eyes. They don’t have any empathy towards patients. It’s all about money at the end...do fast n finish n see another patient. Very bad experience. Being a doctor, I know they mistakes n I scolded them. Wat about common people...? My review of one star is only staff who were really good. Wil never visit that centre. Wil Never recommend to others too.

Best Dr in Lucknow he has given me best gift now I'm specs free tqsm sir uh are multitalented great 🙏 staff is awesome and the medical team of opd is best and Dr sir is great and very Gud person❤️ I will suggest all eye patients to go there he is best Dr sir no words for uh it was just lyk dream for me may God give uh Gud health may uh live thousands of years🙏😊

Giving one because there is no option of giving negative.....they are just concerned with money making and not at all care about what the situation of patient is....my mom had full vision iin booth the eyes but after starting treatment with them, sadly has lost vision in both. One day you guys will pay for it and all this money that you have extracted won't make any sense.
