Dr Vinit Sah Surgeon

Called to get an appointment for my mom who is a heart patient and has arthritis. The person on the call informed that there is no provision for appointment which I completely understand but the person on call was not even ready to help even slightly that if they can maybe accommodate it such that we can come in early and they accordingly give a little priority so that my mother doesn’t have to wait for 2 hours. There exact words in response about my mother’s health issues were “to fir nahi ho payega agar apki maa wait nahi kar sakti” (we cannot do anything if your mother cannot wait for 2 hours) I understand not giving priority to anyone but for health issues you should have some exceptions on humanitarian grounds. Also the main concern was that in this discussion the person on the phone was rude. My family has been going to this doctor since when I was young when the doctor had a small clinic at the Puraniya junction. If popularity is what decides how people act and this is how the doctor’s hired underlings are acting now because he has enough patients then good luck to the doctor as it shows what kind of culture he is building as after all he is the captain of his ship. Doctors should be helping patients but I guess it is just business for them now. Will never go back to him again as there are doctors who treat their patients better as they are not just another business (cash cow) for them.

Pathetic Staff. Does not even listen to the grievance of the patient. Money minded attitude. Dont ever visit here. Plenty of good Eye doctors. Go visit someone else if you want to save your eye.

Very experienced doctor..Done my mother cataract surgery.I am highly satisfied with whole staff.

Very good and experienced doctor. Best for eye treatment. I myself got better results. But a little costly and few members of staff act oversmart and treat badly.

Very good in nature and highly experienced eye doctor.. My father Cataract opration is suessuful. Highly recommend for eye surgery and other diseases. Facts I realized during my father Cataract opration - - # Stuff is very supportive and good in nature. # Very neat and clean place. # No extra cost. # Every single doubt clear by stuff and Dr. # After Cataract surgery they check regularly and gives advice. # I observed that Dr saw around 30+ patients every time. # they also writes important details on patients files (looking below )

Worst experience. The optical store working under this doctor ate our 5000Rs for prescription glasses. Gave us wrong power glasses and would not deign to rectify them even after multiple visits to the optic store. Each time, he ensured that the glasses were good now but I personally think that no change ever was done.. Upon reaching another reading glass shop, he informed that the glasses made by this fraud were not even remotely close to the power prescribed by the doctor.. Seems like he wants people to ruin their eyes on faulty power and then come back to him for treatment. Would not recommend this optical store to my worst enemy. Advise to the doctor to kindly disassociate with this fraud optical store ASAP as it tarnishes your reputation as well.

Back in 2016, I developed holes in my retina (both eyes). Dr.Vinit Sah performed barrage laser surgery for the same. The surgery was so good (neat & clean) that it was well appreciated by the doctors at Shankar Netralaya in Chennai. Thank you sir.

Got vivity edof lens in both eyes in December 2022. I waited for 6 months before writing review just to let myself adjust with them and then share my veiws. It was an excellent experience with Dr Vineet Sah and his team. I want to add that I am diabetic also but the whole process was very smooth with Excellent results.
