Very Bad Customer Service. Vishal Gupta the owner is a cheat and a liar. He promised to deliver specs in two days when he failed to provide me the specs on the date agreed upon. Its been more than a week now and my specs has not yet been delivered to me. He told me he has couriered it but when I ask him for the waybill number he gives excuses and doesnt share. I am going ahead right now to the consumer forum and I urge others not to go to him. Next to his shop there is another shop by the name of GRANTH OPTICALS . KIndly go there for good customer service.
