Do read this before going here. I went there for SILK which cost somewhere around 1.25lakhs. This is Aliganj branch. First: “unexplained waiting time” I was the only one in the clinic still they made me wait 2 hours before anything. Doctors were there, staff was there, but still I was just sitting without any explanation of what’s happening. So, if you go there free your whole day as they gonna delay you. Second: “just want to take out money from your pocket” This one is very important as after the first test only (which was 1000 rupees) they knew that they can’t perform my surgery. Still just for the sake of money they made me all the tests available in that clinic which cost me nearly 7000 rupees. Please don’t fall for this. Third: “false billing” The reception never attached any bills in my file, i made the request to attach bill 6 time on call and even in person but never got any bill from this clinic. Fourth: “misleading information” The top doctors of this facility said “ohh your cornea thickness is very thin, so SILK is not possible for your eyes”. 🤣🤣 now let me tell you that I had SILK just a day after with DR. Chandra as he said “you have a perfect healthy eyes with no complications”. Lastly I have given two stars just because of the staff present there as they were very respectful. Thank you
