Strong Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Service at Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital, Lucknow I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my wife, Dr. Pragya, and I had at your hospital on 25 Jan 25 While we were hopeful of receiving professional and prompt care, the behavior of your staff, particularly Dr. Tushar kumar and the delay in service have left us extremely dissatisfied. We were in touch with Manager Ashish and ansecured an appointment for 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, we paid a consultation fee of ₹400. Mr. Raghvendra was very supportive and cooperative throughout the process. However, we had to wait from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM for the consultation. Despite the urgency of the case, Mr. Raghvendra had to repeatedly request Dr. Tushar to check the patient, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Dr. Tushar explicitly stated that he does not see patients after 4:30 PM, even though your official timings clearly indicate that the last appointment is at 5:30 PM. His dismissive attitude, especially towards another medical professional, was highly uncalled for and reflects poorly on the hospital’s reputation. I strongly request the following actions: An explanation and immediate resolution of this matter. Appropriate action against Dr. Tushar for his unprofessional behavior. A review and reinforcement of your service and consultation policies to ensure timely care for patients.
