Poor Management 1. Waste lot of patients time by sending to different rooms again and again 2. They don’t have any token concept, files of patients are managed manually and then mismanaged 3. Unprofessional Doctors

Not trustworthy and reliable..I visted for my daughter and post exemination they advised for an operation. Medicines will not work and also there is vision issue. Later I took second opinion somewhere else and after examine doctors says its just an infection and after few days of medicine and care she is absuletely fine. Also her vision is also good.

Very Bad experience. I visited to them in November 2021 they instantly diluted my eyes and just after 20 min they perform a vision test i can't even see a Biggest letter properly, i told them that i only have a little headache problem but they don't listen and prescribe me a expensive computer test and lots of medication(2 eye drops and syrup). Then I visit to Dr. A.K srivastava he is such a wonderful Doctor he comprehensively checked my eyes.

Not good. They checked my eyes and write tests. I asked what is the problem and reason, Dr said counter par jao phir batata hoon. Means first deposit money and then he will tell the problem then why consultancy fees taken. I am very unhappy.

Hospital is good, Doctors are Good and polite,para medical staff is good but beware of receptionist and pharmacy guy, both are very very rude and unprofessional
