I have to go for Cataract surgery in both eyes and was confused in identification of Hospital as well as doctor. I visited a few hospitals in Lucknow before coming to Prakash Netra Kendra in Gomti nagar Lucknow. and found that the so called reputed Hospitals of city are more commercial in approach, Finally I selected Prakash Netra Kendra and got done my Cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Gaurav Azad Bansal who did the surgery was very experienced and calm and I am fully satisfied with the treatment. I offer my sincere thanks to the Hospital, more particularly Dr. Gaurav Azad Bansal who did the surgery. The staff at reception and in other departments were also good. In totality I will recommend Prakash Netra Kendra and Dr. Gaurav Azad Bansal for Cataract surgery.

We had our eyes examined here and luckily got a good experience. The doctor was supportive and explained everything regarding the issue. Sometimes the hospital gets busy during weekends so better to schedule an appointment for weekdays.

I had to take my father to PNK for his eye treatment a few times over the last few weeks. The doctors are nice and knowledgeable, but horrible support staff and patient management. There is little space for the patients and attendants to sit, and yet the staff keeps insisting on everyone to sit. No regard for appointment times. No regard for token numbers. If you have to go there, go with ample of time. And do not expect anything beyond "kaam chalau" service. The staff is inept for anything beyond it.

It's all a scam. Unless you have too much money and unlimited time! Can't understand how can they make people wait for 3-4 hours. Just for a simple eye check up. Very poor Management. Plus when I asked for appointment, they told me come immediately so then senior doctor can be made available for me, but a very not-so-senior doctor consultation was given to me. Wasted so much time. Horrible! Never visiting again.

My wife Mrs Amarabati Biswas and me underwent treatment under Dr. Shobhit Chawla at Prakash Netra Kendr. Our experience is excellent. The doctor is outstanding. The system is also excellent. The staff members are very helpful and they always try to help the patients, even beyond the routine duties. For the treatment related to retina, this is definitely one of the best places in the country.

Worst place in eye care , ppl shd avoid this as much as they can, no transparancy, only attitude and money sucking health care provider. You will never know that which lenses or procedure they did to your patient, no matter for what procedure you have paid for. No facility for patient or attendent -not even proper seating place . Really pathetic behaviour with patient by staff Shameless people .

Overall good experience with PNK . I consulted with Dr Amit Yadav for my daughter, he explained all my queries very well . The only issue is time taking process, Rest is good.
