Ratnam clinic's doctor and staff are very careless about patients. What's the problem to the patient and how much distance he completed to meet him , they have no matter ,the staff turned back patients , just because today is doctor's birthday and staff want to celebrate it so patients please go back and come on next day . Doctor and staff have to understand that what is important , what's your priority. You are not only one eye specialist in Lucknow . I will never suggest anyone .
