Had a great experience at Titan Eye Plus, Aliganj. The staff was super polite and helpful—I think I even met the owner or store manager, and they were great too. The Ray-Ban Aviators I bought are authentic, no doubts there. The only thing is the collection was a bit limited; would love to see more options next time. Overall, a solid place to shop for quality eyewear!

Very nice collections and the way of dealing customer is very good. Specialy Mr. Ujjawal is very cooperative and supportive.

They sold me one eyeglass to me with insurance . They convinced me that your eyeglass will be changed if any damages . When I visited the store to change my eyeglass they simply refused and said that insurance policy removed by them. What a pathetic experience by such a reputed brand store.

Don't go there for eye testing. You are just a customer for them, not a patient. They will sell you specs by justifying themselves. It is always better to test your eyes by an ophthalmologist.

Great service. I had to get my specs aligned and the same was done within no time and at absolutely no charges.

I'm not a hater; I'm going to be real with you. The fabric, instead of cleaning the debris, scatters them all over the place; it has bad quality. Their box broke down. Simply being there on top of the table and used only by opening or closing, it's a simple use, and this cheap product broke down. Mind you, I never put my glasses inside this box; I ain't stupid. I would've had to get a new pair of glasses by now if I played into their tactics. They want us 2 keep purchasing their products like a mindless consumer.
