The store has really gone down in its service, I have been availing services of the store from 2016 but have never seen them go so poor with service. Incident 1: My parents gave their individual frames for lens to be installed and once the final product was delivered they couldn’t see a thing, later it was found that they interchanged the lens, installed the lens for my father in the frame that mother chose and vice versa. They already had to wait for week and then again for one week because of this incident and they need their glasses as they are old. Incident 2: They were over charged 800 rupees for the lens they got installed the second time. Incident 3: We got a new frame for my mother and within 4 months the paint started to wear off, the warranty is for 6 months so they went to the store a little late, lot of medical issues with them so they cannot frequently travel, the store denied taking any responsibility and when I wrote a mail the response was warranty ended so nothing can be done. So now Titan is accepting that their 3-4K worth of frames are only going to last 3-4 months. Still the store is denying any responsibility. Incident 4: As my mother has cataract she got a eye test done at this store and they asked her to change the lens even when the change was just 0.25 in power which is negligible and when the product was delivered she started having eye and headache plus the lens installed in the frame was loose and when they went to a different store of Titan eye while the technician was checking complete lens came out plus they were asking why did you get the lens changed when there was no change in power. This is clear case where the store people scamming old people as they don’t say much or know much. It’s India otherwise I would have logged a complaint against these store people, I would recommend folks to please boycott this store and no one should visit there as they have become scammers and selling products of 3rd grade quality. #boycotttitaneye #scammers #poorqualityproducts

I made full payment for the order & got assurance that spects will be delivered in 3-4 days. After calling after 7 days first they denied that any order is there and then after sending bills n all they said it is in the name of someone else. With this sort of service this is the last time that I am purchasing anything from here. If such negligence is being made in order worth more than 8k I don’t how to trust that they will put correct lenses in the frames

I want to share the experience I had with Titan Eye Plus, not just for this particular store but regarding the overall quality of their products and customer service. I was initially excited to purchase a pair of designer glasses for 12K from this store. Unfortunately, shortly after the purchase, issues began to arise. Despite the glasses being under warranty, they attempted to fix them instead of offering a replacement. Later on, it became clear that there was a manufacturing defect. This approach has been incredibly frustrating and time-wasting. Good customer service remains a rarity in India, and this experience with Titan Eye Plus is a prime example. Moreover, there is no phone number to reach them from abroad. When you try to contact them via email or WhatsApp, the responses are generic, and they often just direct you to visit the store, which is not always feasible. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, leading to a lot of wasted time and a pair of glasses that are now just lying around unused. I hope Titan Eye Plus improves their customer service and product quality to prevent others from going through similar frustrations.
