I have always visited this place for eye testing and getting my new glasses. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are patient enough to answer all your questions. Jyoti mam is really very helpful and patient.

Worst experience ever, I exchanged my old frame to new one by following their exchange policy , first they promised that you will get 80% amount refunded in your source account but after a month , they said you will not receive it in your source account. Now it will go in any stupid app , from which I have to purchase another frame. These people are fraudsters. Be Aware.

They got the worst support staff and this guys just make you fool after buying.There is no refund or exchange is taken care properly by staff. lenskart is far better than in terms of prize and services Overall bad experience 😕

Delivered at my apartment - Sargam in Lucknow Janakipuram. Did eye testing and the store manager - Prashant Dixit was very helpful in finding the perfect lens and spectacles. Certainly will refer him.
