Illiterate & Unprofessional staff. I went there at 2pm for eye power check up then reception person said to come at 5pm & when i went at 5pm then stupid female staff at reception starts laughing & replied " Abhi to power check nahi ho payega". First impression became my last ever impression. Better visit any other professional place.

Dr. Prasoon is very professional and takes utmost care of his patients comfort. He is the best surgeon in town.

Dr Prasoon Pandey is a very efficient, highly skilled and experienced ophthalmologist. He is very patient and responsive. Very gentle and has a pleasing disposition. His charges for IOL operation are very reasonable. I had cataract in both eyes. I got Alcon Vivity lens put in both eyes and I was back to normal life within 3 days. I thank Dr. Pandey for the care and efficient cataract operation. All his supporting staff are well mannered and cheerful and equally caring. Wishing all the best to him and his team.

I do not recommend this Dr as he does not provide proper advice and eye glasses power suggest by him even after telling the detailed problem, I am still facing eye problems.
