Avoid this clinic at all costs. Despite having an appointment, you'll likely be pushed aside if a latecomer pays extra. The entire system is corrupt, from the overweight accountant who seems to be pocketing money under the table to the doctor who openly demands bribes for quicker service. The staff's behavior is completely unprofessional and driven purely by greed. Your time and health mean nothing to them unless you’re willing to pay more. There are plenty of other reputable eye specialists in the area who respect their patients and follow ethical practices. Don’t waste your time and money at Dr. Gopal Eye Laser and Phaco Centre.

They are sitting there to make money only. They don't have any concern about your problem. They talks very rudely. They charge Rs 500 per consultation. If you have any issues to understand your problem or your medicine than You have to pay Rs 300 again within 7 days otherwise it is Rs 500/-.

You staff members are not talking properly to the patients and ignoring them and he is not show that he is cares our patients. And also Dr. Gopal Agarwal is also being late alway he is not punctual to the time. I hope he read this feedback and think about them...

This is oldest surviving eye centre of Mathura. Doctor is courteous, pleasant, experienced. The staff is courteous and helpful. The centre has latest machines. The medical assistants are efficient, courteous, helpful. The arrangement for specialists is there.

they asked people to give a call after 7:15a.m and get your waiting number, i gave a phone call at 7:15 and they gave me waiting number 33 when i meet with people one of them said he took his waiting number at 8a.m and his waiting number was 25 when i asked their receptionist he told, if u give a call then number will start from 31 and when u will come at hospital and take ur waiting number it starts from 1. number system is really pathetic here, hospital owner should take some action on it as it is digital era u should promote people to take appointment from application or give a call or take waiting number from hospital and priority of each mode should be same. ill give review regarding treatment afterward, this is my first review. if some hospital designee is reading my review then please don't take it in negative way, and just improve your services

He is a well known eye doctor in Mathura. His clinic is located at Bhainsa Baura, Junction Road.It is best to come here as early as possible to make an appointment, it is crowded with patients. Normally you may have to wait 30 to 35 minutes. Both a medical store and an eyeglass shop are available in his clinic.Dr. Appointment fee is different from medicines, keep this in mind. You can also make an appointment by phone but in this case your appointment number will start with 30.

Too much time consuming. People have to wait for hours and hours and also the tv system is very bad, people and ur staff is busy in watching tv and no one is particular on his work. I first time visited and will not prefer is again.

It' good place for eye test and eye operation. Dr. is knowlegable and calm person, speaks politely to every patient. Sitting area is provide d while waiting.
