My daughter has allergy in eyes so I called on their helpline number to register my number for appointment but the staff on call said that number for patients are only register at 9 AM onwards and my daughter has so much itching in her eyes so the next day I make sure that I would register my daughter name as patient at 9 AM so from 8.53 AM to 9.30 AM I was dialling their number non stop and after 35 minutes they picked up the call but said today's patient list is full...like how!!!? I was constantly dialling their number without a stop... It's better to get treatment at other great hospital....I was trying to get help to this hospital because of review but my personal review is different..

worst service. waited for 4 hours. i don't know seriously why they are following such a long pattern of eye checkup routine.. room1 ,2,3 and then again 2,1. Time is really really important for everyone. it can be improved a lot. what the point of reading ABC until n unless main doctor is not checking. just a another step to waste the time… even though , we have already marked our number in the mrng.. please seriously look into it
