I recently visited the shop for a minor service on my watch, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only did they charge an exorbitant amount for a simple service, but the staff was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I questioned the high charges, the staff member and the owner were dismissive and condescending, making the entire experience unpleasant. I expected better customer service and fair pricing, but unfortunately, this shop failed on both fronts. I would not recommend Prakash Watch to anyone looking for quality service and respectful treatment. I understand that services come with a cost, and I paid 600 for strap and cell which didn’t seem reasonable at all. However, my concern was not just about the Rs. 100 fee for replacing the battery, but also about the overall experience and the way the charges were communicated. When I visited your shop, I felt that the charges were not clearly explained upfront, which led to some confusion. Additionally, the service I received did not meet my expectations, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience. I was particularly disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way my concerns were handled. As a customer, I expect clear communication and respectful treatment, which I felt was lacking in this instance. I hope this feedback helps improve your customer service.
