SUNAYAN Eye Centre, Dr Mukesh Jain and Dr Nidhi Jain

I will not say that I am a regular patient at sunayan hospital but I have visited their 4 times , and not a single time I have encountered any misbehave or any kind of misconduct by any of the staff members. I believe Dr.mukesh and nidhi Jain are both very experienced and talented.I visited their due to my issues of eye floaters and dr. Mukesh explained everything clearly. Their fees is also very reasonable. Tip :- Take an appointment before going otherwise you'll have to wait a very long time.

Worst staff dont ve a manners how to treat with a patient worst service…..the doctor was concerned only for money behaviour of doctors was also bad…never ever visit

The management of the eye care centre is not very much up to the standard. The seating arrangement should be made more spacious. The doctors are good and they carry out treatment with care. The number system should be made in place with an LED display and announcement system.

I used to be a regular patient of Dr. Mukesh Jain. Recently, I visited the clinic at evening with my mother to get an appointment for cataract surgery of second eye and I found the mismanagement by the staff. We booked the appointment in advance on the phone and got the time of 6 PM. We reached the clinic and staff told that they have lost the sequence of patients and asked to wait for ~30 mins. Likewise, we waited for our turn and saw that many people were getting the appointment before us. We raised the concern to the staff member, and he said to stand in front of the Eye checkup room. There were already 5-6 people in that small room and people were waiting outside. I saw one older lady who was hesitating to read the letters because of the presence of people, which can lead to incorrect eye measurements. I would no longer recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is untrained, they don't even know how to measure blood pressure. The counter person was busy in gossiping with a lady instead of hearing/managing the patients. He used to be a gatekeeper one year back, and now he was taking the blood pressure measurements and dropping eye drops in patients eyes. Despite the highest fees in the town, the services are of poor quality. There are much better options available in the city. Don't waste your time and money and let some people play with your health. After seeing the poor treatment with patients, I immediately asked for the refund. The irony is that the staff member returned the money in just one ask.

I came here with my grandfather to have his eyes tested. He is 77 years old and they kept us waiting for more than 2 hours. There is no order in which patients are diagnosed here. Dr. Nidhi Jain is so incompetent as she kept on dodging patients for other patients. It was overall a very bad experience for us. There are no considerations for senior citizens. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

Day by day this eye centre is getting worse! Staff is very unresponsive. It’s been 4 days these people are not even receiving the phones. Really bad

Both doctors are highly knowledgeable and experienced.
