I had the worst experience at this dental clinic. They are running a business rather than genuinely caring for patients. Without even taking an X-ray or properly diagnosing the issue, they rushed into treatment just to save time and see as many patients as possible. Without any proper consideration, they did a permanent filling on my tooth, which was not even the main problem. As a result, my perfect tooth also got damaged. Instead of solving my issue, they created a new one! Their approach is careless, unprofessional, and completely focused on profit rather than patient well-being. If you are looking for genuine dental care, stay away from this place. They do not care about long-term dental health—only about making quick money.

#Long waiting times: Patients are forced to wait for excessive periods, exceeding their appointment times by several hours. #Uncooperative staff: The staff's attitude is described as careless and unhelpful, lacking proper guidance and cooperation.

Taking too much time because of Long queue and Mismanagement of patients. AC not working in peak hours. Staff should professional and have proper dress code. Billing should computerised and more digital options like Paytm ,Amazon pay etc. Doctors is very good and polite.

Bad experience about the dentist. Too expensive and worst staff of Dentist. They will give priorities to their known person not with the serial number of patients.

Best hospital of City for one of best ophthalmologist Dr. R.N. Aggrawal and Dentist Dr. Ruchi Aggrawal . Hospital Staff members are helpful in nature , polite and punctual . Cleanliness of Hospital is on top . Rules and regulations are strictly followed and maintaned.I will suggest you if you are in search for a hospital where you get experienced doctor as well as facilities this hospital will end your search .

Good hospital for eye treatment as well as dental care. Dr. Agarwal had pampering behaviour towards his patients and equally supported by thier subordinates.

Went for a regular eye checkup here. It was busy and it took around 3:30 hours. The doctor is good and trustworthy. However, other staff are unprofessional and can be misleading.
