Very well behaved and cooperative doctors and staff. Neat and clean and comfirtable place. Am under treatment of Dr Sandeep Mithal for all my eye related probmles for a long time and my impression gets better with each visit .

When my wife needed Cataract surgery, I wanted to go to the best hospital near my home at Muzaffarnagar. I enquired from many people and majority recommended Dr Sandeep Mithal's centre at Meerut. We went there with an open mind with the thought that we shall scout several hospitals in Meerut and will choose the best one after the search. But we did not have to go anywhere else after scrutiny of Dr Sandeep Mithal's center because we found it to be the better than our expectations. We thought that this center is not in Meerut but in a metro city like Mumbai, Delhi or in Europe or USA. Immediately on entering we found the place very attractive, clean and hygienic. The staff at reception counter was very welcoming,friendly and helpful and talked to us with smile on their faces and answered our queries with great patience and kindness. The preliminary work up was done very efficiently and quickly. When we were ushered into the chamber of Dr Sandeep, we found him most humble and welcoming...we talked to him about the reason of our visit and he listened to us very attentively and asked relevant questions very politely and in a very friendly manner...we couldn't believe that this highly qualified and senior eye surgeon, who had been the head of eye department in medical college and had been Principal of the Medical College can be so humble and friendly and reassuring to the patients and their families. We decided then and there that we need not go anywhere else for the treatment and took appointment for the surgery. The operation procedure went smoothly. The premises where operation theatre is situated is secluded from other parts of the center for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene and the place is sparkling clean. Staff at the operation theatre is extremely friendly and helpful and the patients forget their apprehensions about the operation. My wife later told me about her experience in the operating room and was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience. She was looked after very well after the operation. Later on she was discharged and was explained in details about the medication she had to take and precautions to be taken. Meanwhile, when my wife was in the operation rooms, I took the liberty to take a tour of other parts of the centre and I found that there are many different departments for many super specialties like Retina problems ,Vitreous problems etc and there are highly complex equipments for various procedures. All super specialists were working very efficiently and professionally to ensure best service to the patients. We are really very pleased with the services we got at the centre and the credit goes to whole staff, specialist doctors and above all the head of the center Dr(Prof) Sandeep Mithal. I highly recommend this center to anyone who needs very good care for the eye related issues.

strongly advise to all CGHS patients not to come here,they are making you fool and wasting your time they just want to make the bill without treatment ,only investigation they want.they only care to the patient who are paying them cash.please do not go there .drishti could be even better
