I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire visit uncomfortable. On top of that, they do not value customers' time—long waiting hours and poor management made the process frustrating. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for efficient and respectful service.

I want to appreciate Healthcare Meerut for their ultrasound service and thank Mr. Abhishek Verma for making my entire ultrasound process smooth with just one call. This was my first visit to Healthcare Meerut, and Dr. Aggarwal did a very good ultrasound scan. I got an MRI and an X-ray here for my sciatica and throughout the process Dr. Sanjay Gupta and the staff were extremely kind and polite. Dr. Sanjay personally looked over my case and made me feel very comfortable, he's a super chill guy. Everyone's professionalism and attention to detail impressed me greatly. My close friends had suggested me to visit here and it turned out to be the same place my mother (also a doctor) visits when she needs a scan and recommends others. All in all a very positive experience and I suggest others to visit here aswell 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Note for car owners- There is no dedicated parking but you can almost always find a spot nearby without obstructing the traffic so that is a huge plus.

For real health care, I would recommend healthcare. The best infrastructure, the best doctors and the most cooperative staff. This place is clean, and I mean sparkling clean. They are here to look after you, trust me, you are in safe and accurate hands.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Health care imaging center. After paying upfront amount for MRI, I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time without any clear communication or concern from the staff. It felt like once they had the money, they no longer cared about the patient. I recommend them to have a proper process to keep patients informed about the timing.
