Vinayak Eye and Maternity Hospital

Visited on 5th November 2021 for covid Vaccination which was booked online. The staff was very courteous and once the appointment was booked they called and checked two three times to be sure if I am coming or not, which is a good thing because that helps you to wait less. Registration was also smooth and quick. The person who was doing things online was able to handle the computer well. The girl who was following up was guiding me through the process and where to go for next step etc. The nurse which injected me the vaccine was also an experienced one and she did it very quickly with less pain then the last time(I had my first shot in Mumbai) Then I was given a paracetamol to consume after 5 hours as a precautionary measure which I alsi found thoughtful because I didn't see any of that for my first dose of vaccination which was done in Mumbai. I also got perfect temperature water from a sweet lady and she saw that I maybe thirsty so she herself willingly wanted me to have another glass of water, this gesture was really sweet. Then one more thing which won my heart is that I needed a scan copy of invoice for the payment INR 780. It was arranged in 2min over the call. It was a very sweet and great experience. Will definitely recommend for smooth service. KUDOS TO THE COURTEOUS, COOPERATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE STAFF.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very well managed hospital following all covid protocols alongwith covid vaccination centre (paid). All the staff in hospital is well trained and highly qualified. Doctors working in the hospital are well mannered and soft spoken alongwith dedication towards patient satisfaction and loyalty towards Nobel profession.

Good hospital , not too good not too bad . Eye specialist is good . But they will make u wait for sometime to show up there importance !!!.

Very nice hospital for gynecology and opthalmologic problems. Service are very good

Good nursing home specially for eyes. Easily accessible being on main road.

This is located on road of khirwa road but due vegetable market there is very rush and noise

There is no parking facility & one 5 to 6 staff only

Worst.. Don't get your eye checked up here ever..
