Walk in Customer to Titan Eyeplus stire @ K-28, Connaught Place, New Delhi : Spent 20K on placing an order for a simple Pair of Progressive Lens having a reading power of +1.25 - Invoice # BFN0057012 / Sales Order # TDCP060570 / Invoice dt. 22/04/2022 + Invoice # BFN0056868 / Sales Order # TDCP060572 / Invoice Dt. 17/04/2022 (seriously how difficult can this be to comprehend for any ophthalmologist) In Return - i Get a Pair of Glasses with having 3 Different viewing angles - the Top has a different power, the Bottom has a different power & the Left/Right has a different power... Can Anyone Comprehend what has been done ? Total Waste of Time & Money & that too Rs.20,000 - I tried Contacting the Store Multiple Times over a period of 1week - But Everytime whoever picks the phone at the store is Passing the Buck around & Nobody is willing to Take Responsibility... A TATA PRODUCT !!! Tata & Titan are Known for TRUST & RELIABILITY... but unfortunately, it is Only on Paper... In the Real World, Tata/Titan is just after People's Money with No Obligation towards Customer Service & Owning to the Mistake committed by them
