C.L. Gupta Eye Institute

Worst experience visiting for artificial eye for Dr Saurabh Kamal today. We were calling the hospital for 2 days in Advance and confirmed the visit and learnt that the Doctor doesn't work on the artificial eye and asked us to take another appointment of Dr Sachin Gupta the next day. To add, he didn't even listen to our queries or concerns and we were asked to leave the consultation room within a minute. We were charged 600INR to get advice to book another Doctors appointment. This experience is highly unprofessional and unexpected to the family who travelled 200kilometres just for 1 min to see the Doctor. I would not recommend CL gupta eye institute to anyone in future.

The hospital offers tortures in place of assistance to the patients. Visited the place and was forced to stay there all through, unless the doctor was free. Not possible for working people to sit there for hours. I wished it was more time saving and people friendly, since it has the best ophthalmologists of the city. Moreover, it would be helpful if the staff was a little humble and witty.

The overall experience was good.The doctors and nurses were helpful at all times.

Hey, last month i had a prk surgery from this institute and guess what it's successful. After surgery i feels very satisfied and my vision improve much better. I'm thankful to dr tanvii who did my surgery.. i recommend you all to visit this institute if you had any problem in your eyes..
