Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Pili kothi, Moradabad

The store is very nice with the very polite staff. They really help you better in eye checkup and slecting the right frame and lens as per requirement.

The staff was very ignorant. I asked them to show some trending frames. They simply told me to check it from the showcase, okay didn't mind this. But when I looked around for asking some queries about a frame I found out that there was not even a single person there. I left the place, out of the showroom one of their staff was standing and didn't care to ask me why I was leaving without buying anything. Very rude and ignorant behaviour.

Something very bad happened to me at Lenskart Moradabad. I selected my glasses in 3 hours, after that a customer comes and says that he is having a problem with his glasses. They took out my glasses' notepad in front of me and put it in his glasses. I asked why are you doing this. He said that he is an old customer, how will it happen with a new customer. I felt very bad. You people should also be careful before buying anything from there. These people remove the original and put fake ones in. 😡

Worst staff he is changed my glasses 👎👎

It was good experience with this store I got a very good deal and staff is well trained and have good knowledge about products and good behavior with customer and special thanks to Mr. Sandeep he guided all the way and help to chose good product to meet my need

Worst response from faizabad staff, Mr. himanshu miishra not replying the status of my delivery to the Moradabad, no response from meaashages and calls, very very poor response.

My experience was really nice... the staff was very cordial and helpful.. Will visit again.!
