I am amazed by the service and the products that I've received. The staff is super accomodating and friendly. And they welcome you with snacks. The store is pretty decent. There is a provision to get your eyesight tested and there's a wide variety of lenses, frames, and even contact lenses are available. 😊 I've gotten a double coated UV rays protection lens and it just feels so comfortable. The frame is so pretty just as per my liking. There was no hassle of going to the store again and again. I just had had to go twice once to select my frame and lenses and then to collect my specs. 🙌 The quality, the comfort, the lenses, the frame, and the fitting each and everything is 10/10. And the prices are 100/100. Super affordable and super pocket friendly. 💯 I even got my old specs fixed. New UV rays protection lenses were put into the frame, the nose pads were changed. And they look as good as new. I'm so glad that I got such a good deal at such affordable prices. 🤌 And the best part is that both my specs were ready in just a days time. The customer service here is excellent. The owner of the shop is quite knowledgeable, friendly and good at his job. There is a wide range of premium International brands of frames available here which was quite surprising for me because I am from a big city and didn't expect to find good quality specs in Moradabad. I thought I'd have to make do with emergency (compromised) specs but this shop was a haven of relief for me. 😊

very polite and friendly owner...must visit place for eyeglasses... if there is a possibility to give more stars to the owner ...i would have done that without even thinking twice...i was facing some issue with glasses and he replaced the lenses without any extra charges or hassle, even he himself told me that there is some focus issue or something like that he could have avoided that but he didn't. Great guy great service 👌👌
