However, I have faced a major issue with the material of the product. The material started peeling off, which clearly indicates a defect in quality. When I reached out to their customer service to claim the warranty, I was shocked to find out that they rejected my request, claiming it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. The problem I am facing is not due to any physical damage or misuse but is an inherent issue with the material itself. Despite explaining this, Titan Eyeplus refused to take any responsibility. Their customer service response was dismissive, stating that breakages or scratches are not covered under warranty – but this is NOT the issue I have with the product. It feels like Titan Eyeplus falsely advertises their products as being of superior quality, but once the purchase is made, they completely deny any responsibility for defects. This is deeply frustrating and disappointing. I will not be shopping here again, nor will I recommend this brand to anyone. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Titan Eyeplus. It’s clear that they do not stand by their products or their customers.

It's highly unlikely for any place to have only 5-star reviews across the board. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this Titan Eye Plus store. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and dishonest, making the entire shopping experience a nightmare. Their return policy is a hassle, and they will do everything possible to avoid giving you a full refund. I paid around ₹2500 for a pair of glasses, but after a long and frustrating process, they only refunded ₹1700, keeping the rest for themselves. The staff twisted the story and try to put everything on the customer, making it clear that they are not interested in providing good customer service or honoring their commitments. If you absolutely have to shop here, use a credit card so you can dispute the transaction if needed. But honestly, you're better off shopping online, where you can easily return products with a 7-day return policy. This store is bad news, and they seem more interested in stealing money from customers than providing any real service. I had to escalate my case to my credit card bank to get any sort of resolution, so beware if you choose to shop here.
