This outlet is located at Golden I market place in Greater Noida west (opposite to DMart). Recently went to order my specs and experience was great. Showroom is well located and have sufficient staff and expert for eye testing. Although, I have my vision number just checked from the doctor still the staff requested to recheck and they politely reconfirm the vision and later help me to opt frame and guide me to opt the lens. I must share that I went there by 9PM and staff was courteous and polite and have patience as it’s night time and by the time I punched bill it was around quarter to 10 but they do not show any hurry or impatience. Saurabh and Dimple both are an asset to Lenskart and would like to congratulate Lenskart to train and have such work force. Kudos to Lenskart and team for this outlet. Note- I went to this outlet as second option earlier I went to my nearby location where staff Misbehave’s so I went to Golden I and there my experience was great.

You buy a frame. They will promise you some other day your frame will be deliver late. Plus they handover the box there is no proper delivery bag for the frame. Titan eye plus is way better than the Lenskart. You ask for a carry bag they will charge extra for that? You buy frame for 2k+ one carry bag also they cannot provide. Worst service
