I m very impressive to all staff form AGS eye hospital sec 27 noida. they have very helpful and cooperative team. all staff is very good front office team, optoms and also optical team. They all are very polite and kind and there optical is very beautiful and hospital is net and clean and very hygienic . I m very happy and thanks to all to treating me like this .

I visited(sector 27, noida)for my eye related problem. And dr. Isha agarwal and the whole hospital staff were extremely supportive.. i found their services 10 times better that the ICARE sector 26.

Worst experience ever....Noida sector 27 branch, unprofessional behaviour, ordered two spectacles...even after paying full amount for both in advance...didnt get the reciept after promised to sent me over whatsapp....I called and asked them to send it after i didnt get that too after calling multiple times....I still not got my spectacles after providing me the delivery time, 5 days already passed by and still waiting and no response from them, called multiple times, but no one picked or respond...pls be noted that call is before the closing time.....Expecting immediate action on it.

Appointment here is just a formality. Waiting hours can exceed to hours long. Staff very unprofessional. Crowded reception.
