CITY OPTICAL (Eye care and contect lens clinic)

I had a WORST WORST experience at this place. He cheated people also he took the money of good branded glasses with all protected feature like scratch free, smudge free, blue light etc but he gave normal glasses in frame. He gave me wrong prescription also and ask me to try 1 week and took the money 3.5k. So if you want to save your eyes and don't want to waste your money please don't go .he do not deserve even single star

This is worst place to buy frame and lenses. Surprised to see the rating 4 star which is not even closer to actual. He sold normal lenses in the name of branded crizal lenses with wrong eye prescription. after several conversation he said , try for 10 days then see. we went to other eye care because those lenses were not working at all and new eye care said your power is almost same with very minor changes so why did you changed your lenses. When we showed old lenses to new one they said they’re normal no coating.

Worst experience!!!! They gave me a wrong power...that too a higher one.i have a cylindrical power and maybe their assistant was ill-equipped to correctly test for my power. I had been having headaches for several months now and since i had my eye tested i thought surely eye power is not the cause..i went to a physio because it was suggested that it's possibly a cervical pain but even they were not able to cure the headaches..which i now was having atleast 2-3 times a week full day. Interfering with my ability to work. Later someone suggested i go for an eye power test again and this shop itself said "oh your power has reduced so much...we're seeing it first time" and told me to get a new lense after having spended 3000 just 2-3 months back. I walked out the store and went to a famous store in Delhi and they also said that eye power never reduces in 99% csses and that i was given a wrong power. Save yourselves don't go to these untrained optometrist s worst experience..will never ever go back and spread the word about this stupid shop to everyone and ask them to never go here
