when i reviewed mentioning the doctor’s rude behaviour towards me and my child, the doctor replied saying ‘very inappropriate attendant behaviour’. so this is what happened: during the assessment of my child’s vision and the doctor changing lenses, i, sitting nearby, asked my child to read the same line of numbers he was unable to read earlier. any considerate, thinking doctor would have done that. this one shot back at me, saying ‘phir aap hi dekh lo isko, main chali jaati hoon’. i did not say a word in response to the doctor while she repeated that sentence again. how is asking my child during the reading session to read a number again ‘inappropriate behaviour’? i shouldn’t have had to do that, and said so only because the child seemed unresponsive because of her scolding nature—‘seedhe baitho, main kaha na seedhe baitho’. like i said, extremely rude and now it seems unable to accept feedback as well.

One of the most caring and knowledgeable eye doctor in Noida. I got my mother treated for corneal ulcer which no doctor could treat in my hometown . But Dr Sridevi made timely diagnosis with her expertise and acumen and saved my mother's eye. She would call regularly to make we are putting the drops correctly and made sure my mother was comfortable. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Would highly recommend those with any eye problems to visit her.

Best eye doctor in Noida. Has examined my eyes very meticulously. Had visited many doctors before but was very satisfied with Dr Sridevi's diagnosis and treatment. Recommend anyone with eye problem to surely visit her. Staff is very cordial and manage timings very well. Very professional, excellent management!

There was no electricity and power backup too. Doctor checked my eyes with mobile torch. My vision couldn't be checked due to unavailability of power which was very important. After seeing my review one of clinic staff has called me to come again and change the review. But the reply from clinic on my review is completely inappropriate. They are liar also they are saying that they haven't charged while I have already paid 600/rs through my medical insurance. She hasn't given me even 2 min and expecting me to put good rating. The language they have used in reply doesn't seems a doctor reply but the more like collection agent. I have decided to change the clinic. Their ratings are good because they ask people to rate where they think they have did good. But I would request everyone to please rate as per your own experience because this influence others to take decesion.
