⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sumi , an excellent ophthalmologist. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the consultation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The staff was also very courteous, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Sumi to anyone looking for a great ophthalmologist.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff Extremely disappointing experience. The reception and support staff are not only unprofessional but also behave in an illogical and arrogant manner. They do not book appointments properly and speak rudely when questioned. When I asked for the doctor's contact to report their behavior, they refused to share it and even snatched the prescription from my hand to prevent me from noting it down. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients come seeking help, not humiliation. The doctor might be good, but the staff completely ruin the experience.

Very nice doctor. Hears you completely and does correct diagnosis. I had an eye injury and Dr sumi gave assurance and her medicines made me fine in only couple of days! Highly recommend!

Dr. Sumi R Jaiswal is an amazing doctor..I got eye infection 1month back and i have visited her clinic and she was very empathetic and wonderful person..She asked me to take medicine and apply eye drops and visit again if no improvement persist...i got relief but some serious infection was found in my cornia so she suggested to visit cornia specialist without delay and this suggestion really worked and i am very thankful to Dr. Sumi who helped and guided me in the right direction...Whenver i visited her clinic she took enough time to understand my problem and also counsel well to not worry...In this process she didn't take fee for 1-2 visit which seems how humble and concerned she was....I would really appreciate her genuine treatment and highly recommend her..
