I am deeply disappointed with the service provided at your clinic. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect for patients. Patients are made to wait for over 3 hours, regardless of their condition or urgency, while your staff shows no concern or sensitivity. Even worse, it’s highly unethical that patients who pay extra for a so-called “fast service” are taken immediately to the doctor, while others are left waiting endlessly. This is not only unfair but also goes against the basic principles of medical ethics and equal treatment. Your staff is rude, untrained, and lacks basic courtesy, often speaking harshly to patients and showing no empathy. People come to your facility with hope and trust, but what they receive in return is careless behavior and a system that values money over patient well-being. Is this the kind of care you believe is acceptable? Prioritizing patients based on payment rather than need is deeply unethical and dangerous. I urge you to take this matter seriously, improve your service standards, and train your staff in patient care and professional behavior. If this continues, many more will lose faith in your clinic, and it may lead to formal complaints with regulatory authorities.

Awesome experience with this eye hospital. Very professional and quick and getting all sorted in one sitting itself.
