Very poor in taking feedback, owner is rude and shouts for delays at his end. 100% no customer service. No manners. Broken frame and delayed by 6 days. Asks to come again to select frame after they have broken it even though it has been delayed. Pathetic. Each review rated low is correct.

Just horrible experience. The guys promised delivery of glasses and they were delayed. What makes it worse is the attitude of the staff at the shop. Pathetic, rude and unconcerned people. I asked them to share the owner's number to report and give feedback and it was denied as well. Will definitely not recommend this shop in that God forsaken dirty market. Better to get them from a more professional store. I'm writing a top up on my review. There has been clear deficiency in service. They are ill-equipped to even set the bavel of the lenses. Just spooled the look of my expensive glasses. And yes, they even charged me in advance post which they refuse to rectify the defect and give me correctly set lenses.

Worst experience. No sense of responsibility and don't value time. Promise to deliver on time but don't even contact on repeated visits just take number to contact. The owner is rude and arrogant and behave as if doing some charity. Pathetic behavior don't recommend it to anyone at all.
