Excellent service got in this institute. Highly Recommended. Infact I have already shared with couple of my family members. My mother got both eyes operated for cataract here within span of 7 days with no issues. They got the best doctors and the team, they evaluate your eye conditions with various checkups and investigations before going for the surgery. All staff members are so polite and cooperative, they will never let you feel any discomfort also they are always ready for any help. The premises is well equipped with all the essential facilities infact they have individual shop for glasses within the premises. I am so happy as my mom can see as clear as before. Worst hospital. Took my Mom for a cataract surgery, they have damaged my Mom’s eye. First they were denying infection by saying it as normal inflammation. In time we decided to go to another doctor. They have worst staff….lead by Mohita, Abhinav and others. Once my mom’s case worsened they started giving different diagnosis everyday. It Wa’s because of poor hygiene at the hospital that my Mom’s eye caught it. Once they knew that they are not able to understand what they are dealing with, they started showing cold attitude. Like making us wait, different technician seeing my Mom every time went, Mohita didn’t even bother to see my mom although she Wa’s the one who did the surgery. Thank God that good sense prevailed and we decided in time to go to another doctor. Don’t go to this hospital, that have tie ups with some companies so some people come there otherwise it’s a very risky. I will write to UP health department also to audit this hospital.

We have been visiting eye specialist since years. I researched and found Tirupati Eye Hospital to be credible .. I saw Dr. Mohita Sharma's credentials and that got the faith to get my mother's cataract surgery done from here. The ambiance is good, not very crowded and they organize charitable cataract surgeries on a daily basis. Wishing all the best for future

We had a good experience at Tirupati Eye Centre. Doctors were very cooperative and were able to resolve all our queries. My mother in law got a Cataract surgery done. The process was very smooth. I would highly recommend the hospital to anyone with eye-related issues

As a patient I had a very disappointing experience at Tirupati Eye Centre, Noida. I underwent eye surgery here, expecting better vision, but even after two months, I have not seen any visible improvement. When I visited the hospital to discuss my concerns, the staff and doctor behaved extremely unprofessionally and negatively. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and uninterested, which is unacceptable for a medical institution. A hospital should prioritize patient care and post-surgery support, but that was completely lacking in my experience. I want to alert others to be careful before choosing this hospital for eye treatment. If I do not see visible results soon, I will be forced to take appropriate legal action. I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Court (Consumer Forum) for medical negligence and escalating this matter to the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Patients deserve better medical care, professionalism, and accountability!

Came here tirupati eye centre for my wife cataract eye surgery. All staff and doctor are well and good . They are like our family member. I am very impressed with this hospital. Hospital management is very good and well maintained.

Poor Service I recently visited tirupati eye hospital and had a disappointing experience with their Dr Ms Mohita. I'm waiting there 3 hours. But nobody attended me😔 😕. Ask to receptionist they told me madam in operation room . kindly wait. *Lack of Expected Service* I expected tirupati to provide the best service in noida, but they failed to deliver. *Suggestions* I suggest that improves their service and makes an effort to meet customer expectations.
