Titan Eye+ at Mall Of India, Sector 18, Noida

Very small store, staffs are OK. There is no discount, even as the financial year is ending. Somehow, my overall experience at this store wasn't that great, as I experienced before in other Titan eye+ stores. No wow factor!

𝐀 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐲𝐞+ 𝐃𝐋𝐅 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 I am appalled by the abysmal service provided by Titan Eye+ at DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and timely delivery is simply unacceptable. We placed an order for two pairs of glasses, one new and one for repair, on 8th Dec'24. Despite explicit assurances of timely home delivery, we have been subjected to a series of delays and excuses. The promised delivery date has been repeatedly pushed back, leaving us in a frustrating limbo. This irresponsible behavior has caused immense inconvenience, especially for my child who is currently undergoing crucial exams. The lack of glasses has significantly hindered their ability to study effectively. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this store. Their incompetence and lack of empathy are evident in their handling of our order. It is disheartening to see such a renowned brand associated with such poor service.

They don't give refund if frame given by you fails in the frame test conducted by them. They will tell you to make use of the advance amount given by you within six months, which is really not expected from such a good brand. Refund policy is required in such case as it's not a customer's fault OR they should conduct the frame test before taking advance amount.

Great place, definitely competes with other top franchises like lenskart. The lady working at the store was very unhelpful, and whenever I would ask her to do something, all she says is that she will do it, but does nothing and just wastes time. The other two men were very helpful. When billing, it took over 30 minutes, and I am still not sure why it is like that. Overall, I think this is a great place to buy eyewear, as I and my family have bought from here for the past two years and I have had no major issues with the product itself.

The overall experience with the store was amazing. Mr. Devender singh was very humble and good nature person help me to select the best product for me.

After reading reviews I decided to check myself, entered and just asked for a free eye checkup. After listening to my request the staff swiftly said it would take time their is a queue I have to wait 20mins . I sat there patiently seeing no one leaving or entering. After waiting 20 mins it was clear they are not happy to provide me with a free test. No need to advertise something you are not ready to offer.

First of I like Titan Eyeplus Stores. They are neat and clean, good space to walk through, nice display and decent eye testing. Since I live in Noida I prefer going to the store located in sector 18. I also tried my hand at sector 41 market but this store was horrible. The delivery of specks at Titan Eyeplus takes lot of time. I'm told that lenses come from Bangalore, hence the delay. Why not establish more points for delivery, like Bangalore for south, Jamshedpur & Guwahati for east, Prayagraj and Jalandhar for north and Gandhinagar for west. Identify new developing cities and grow business. This will help in faster supply and faster delivery. I don't prefer cities like Mumbai, Delhi, kolkata etc because they already crowded, costly and saturated. Therefore, kindly help other cities too and doing business from here will be cheaper too. Better variety in single price range is expected. If I like a frame for Rs 1500 then there are no more pieces in this range. Another frame that I happen to like reaches the price tag of 22/- or 3,000/- rupees. Kindly display frames price-wise. For example, frames in price range upto rupees 2,000/- are at one place and so on. Another major flaw is that the Titan Eyeplus Stores are not disabled or senior citizen-friendly. If you have to take some older person in the family it is a difficult task because the testing takes place at the basement. Old persons find it difficult to climb up or down the stairs. Not only eye testing even the counter at tita showroom one has to climb a couple of stairs. Kindly re-arrange the set up at Titan Eyeplus and also place one wheelchair. Don't forget that older people need more specks and frequent eye testing. The lenses are also very costly. Kindly see what can be done to bring down prices of lenses.
