Worst doctor who doesn't even remember the words she said to the patient. Hopeless management. Makes you wait for hours. This was our story - first visit - Monday - kid had haemorrhage.. "give these medicines and come on Thursday..we will do a vision test".. 2nd visit - Thursday - "Haemorrhage subsiding. But I will do a test on next Tuesday". 3rd visit - Tuesday - means consultation money to be paid again " all good now . Stop this medicine and come again..cannot do a test today as test can only be done after 14 days.. actually it can be done anytime but not today!!" When we tried to tell her and clear this confusion she got angry and said "are inka test karwao abhi" Man she is crazy and then she has the audacity to say that we are blaming her and our mistake was that we stopped the medicine 1 day before visiting her and like always she is not interested to listen your reason.She is just sitting there to grab your time and money. Stay away from such suckers. She is just famous due to marketing..who puts so many banners in the clinic.. strange selfies all over. There are much better doctors out there. Who would actually listen to your concern patiently and most importantly remember the advice given 2 days back. You have to take leaves from office as the waiting time eats up half of your day and then you end up paying fees as a regular "customer" every week. What a business madam.. no doubt this is how you are building another big house !! Received a reply as expected.. madam pehle jakar kuch sikh lijiye dusre doctors se.. fir yahaan gyaan dijiyega.. medicine kyu nahi di gyi usse aapko ab bhi koi matlab nahi.. this shows your education is a total waste and I am really proud of being an educated parent today to save my kid from people like you.. there is nothing to be jealous of you..fake marketing.. no expertise.. infact people laugh at those banners in your clinic.. you are the one frustrated from your life .. so much money can make a normal person crazy.. take a break.. a long one..you really need it and then you might understand how to enjoy life.. good luck..

Dr Shweta Goel is the most diligent, attentive and proactive doctor across Delhi NCR. Her acute observation and early detection saved my mother’s vision. She doesn’t scare the patients into elaborate procedures and followups. She is very open, honest and genuine.

This is marvellous eye clinic with all advanced eye equipment and facilities. Most hygienic eye clinic which I have visited till now. Dr. shweta Goel is a soft spoken, energetic and genuine person. The staff is very cooperative. Must visit here.

It was an amazing experience with Dr Shweta Goel . The process of eye examination went very smoothly. Every doubt was explained well and all questions were answered time and again. This gave me good assurance about the process and reduced my stress.

I just visited there and got the best experience. Dr. Shweta goel, I mean what a personality and aura she has. She treated and councelled me in a well behaved manner. I don't think that I would go anywhere else than Dr. Shweta goel. I have no more words to describe myself how I feels there the bestest experience. Visited for a follow-up check up for glaucoma.Dr Shweta Goel performed detailed tests and suggested drops and lifestyle adjustments to safeguard further issues. Polite and kind doctor & staff Highly recommend vinod eye centre.👍

Worst experience..would never recommend anyone..also the doctor is very greedy. Made us wait for a year and a half to get my cataract operated still there was no response from her end and kept on delaying the surgery by giving lame excuses. Also prescribed useless medicines and tests.

Worst management and just greedy doctor my mother's cataract was diagnosed in December 2023and till May 2025 she is just giving us dates for surgery and when the surgery day comes no one picks phone the clinic gets closed. They took the insurance approval even and cancelled it by their own and did not even inform us. They did useless tests costing 8-9 k twice and always said it will take 10-20 days for surgery from 40% cataract increased to 95% but they are there just to suck your money and time 1.5 years of wait is not even needed in govt hospital. Pathetic service and worst management.
