Dr. Ritu Auroura is truly exceptional—skilled, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire journey. The surgery itself was smooth and painless, and my wife's vision is now clearer than it has been in years. It feels like a miracle! It was a very calming experience. I was hesitant of going under the knife as my situation was a little intense. Usually the operation takes about 15 min but mine took time due to the complexity of the operation. The follow up was also really good. I am really grateful that I got her as my doctor. Eyes are integral part. Dr. Ritu Aurora is a doctor with whom you can completely trust your eyes.

This clinic seems more focused on making money than providing proper patient care. If you request an appointment with a specific doctor, they often assign you to a different one without prior notice. This is completely unfair and disappointing, as patients should have the right to choose their doctor. It feels like they prioritize business over patient needs.

Today I went to the doctor, we had some conversation related to my eyes. He understood my situation and treated me very well. He also provided me with some extra discounts. Doctor Ajay Arora is very kind and helpful and dr Kalpana Geol is too supportive The overall experience was great. The doctor and staff are very cooperative.
