I chose Chirag Eye Care for my father's cataract surgery, and it was an excellent decision. Dr. A.K. Dutta performed the surgery flawlessly, and the entire process went smoothly. My father’s vision has significantly improved, and he is extremely happy with the results. The hospital staff was incredibly helpful and caring throughout the process. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care provided by the doctor and the hospital.

In my last review I gave a 5 star but now I am reducing it to 3 only because of the staff working in the clinic. As always, doctors are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and great, they have done 3 cataract surgeries in my family which were successful. BUT...the staff is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and ill-mannered. Recently I visited the clinic for another surgery in my family and the lady sitting at the reception counter made a big goof up regarding the bill payment. Because of her we had to wait another half an hour for the final bill. I got angry and indulged in an argument with her. I spoke to her in a strong and angry tone and left the bill to be taken in the evening. I felt bad for my behaviour so when I revisited the clinic in the evening, I apologized to her, but she was so arrogant that neither she gave any response, nor she looked towards me while I was apologizing, she was continuously looking towards her files downwards. Well, finally I would say that the doctors are great, you can visit the clinic for cataract but try to adjust with the bad temper of the staff.
