Only Dr K K Agarwal is good and recommended while other Drs got spoon feed (attitude issue) who always seems unsatisfied with something (You'll get the idea after meeting). Got my parent cataract surgery for both the eyes from here, before taking money they'll convince you that for 1.5 months everything is included in the package but eventually after paying they'll simply ignore you and give some random reason to avoid those saying. As usual everywhere, staffs are pathetic, be it behaviour or knowledge, clueless on guiding how much drops/meds required post operation. Also, takes your sign but do not give all the meds/drops as mentioned over the discharge sheet. After 2nd surgery, they told a nerve behind retina has swelling and would require Injection, which they could not had identified prior to cataract surgery. Dr Sameeksha Agarwal, is someone you should avoid at all cost. Truly unprofessional behaviour, apart from not discussing the cause of problem or in telling the condition post injection. Indirectly, other Dr in the premises support her behaviour and there are discounts on the surgery only if you have links, if you don't no matter how many operations you get not a single rupee is discounted. Recommended meds/drop again, without any single rupee discount. Paid ₹18K for a HOYA 150 lens and ₹10K for 1 time Injection. Hope this was helpful.

Hospital have very cooperative staff and situated in very tiny space near heart of city near zero road adjacent to bus stand, civil lines Allahabad . Hospital is very neat and clean. Hospital is very economical also a boon to poor petients.

Very good eye clinic in allahabad. Main doctor is soooooo good in his knowledge, behaviour, attitude, as a doctor as well as in person. All staff members are very good and responsible. They attend each and every patient in very well manner always give full attention to them and solve each and every query of patients. No hurry worry type process. Very calm and satisfying attitude they have. I would like to add one moment when I paid digitally but due to network issue payment sms didn't receive by their mobile but I showed them my internet banking live statement that payment have done by my bank, then staff connect me to doctor agrwal and he spoken very softly and simply said that I could go home with my patient if the payment not confirmed I would pay later. I appreciate him that he understood the fact that it was network issue and made me relax by his behaviour.

Poor services, Doctor don't want to hear your problems and don't let speak. Staff behaves like we are in a govt hospital Things are not organised Only want to dig money Separate charges for cash and insurance Poor handling.

My mother eye operation done in this clinic and they have done wound in eye and they have not done operation in proper way ...after that they have hide too...if you are not comfortable then don't do operation ..now we are facing so much trouble...even now my mother visibility is also very minimum after operation ...being a dr you need tk take care your patients.....
