Very skilled and polite doctor Both my mother and father got their cataract surgeries here. Initially my mother had some complications and we came here. He operated it without any hiccups. Clean hospital and helpful staff Would definitely recommend it to others.

Absolutely worthless ....... Unprofessional ..... They asked the patient to be admitted at 3:30 PM for cataract surgery , but the surgery did not start even after 3 hours past the scheduled time . Staff had no idea where the doctor was . They need to remember that patients being served are elderly and making then wait for hours is insane . The staff stationed for handling payments had no idea what was going on .POS machine was not working .They asked us to pay through Paytm but they were absolutely clueless about how to check that the payment has made it through .They were more busy loafing around and chatting among themselves. Clearly lacking in maturity and professionalism.

Recently my mother had to get cataract surgery in one of her eyes. Prior to being told that a surgery is needed, I had visited the hospital for general consultation and after examination, Dr. Singh informed me about the need for surgery. I was given adequate counselling including the pro's & con's of surgery, what type of lenses to opt for, the advantages of using specific type of lenses, what to expect after the surgery etc. They scheduled the surgery as per our convenience and on the day of surgery, we were in and out of the facility within 2 hours of arrival - actual surgery took less than 5 minutes, but we had to wait for the full dilation of the eye. Post surgical experience was also extremely nice with Dr. Singh patiently explaining and answering my queries and assuring my mother on her concerns regarding precautions & medications. Over all, I found the hospital very clean, staff extremely courteous and polite, the doctors extremely professional and sympathetic. Best part was that the fee charged to us was extremely competitive and services were rendered with a smile. I want to use this opportunity to congratulate & thank Dr. BK Singh and his associates for the wonderful job they are doing.

I visited hospital 4 to 5 times till now for my self and others. It was a nice experience. Doctors are good. Sometimes one have to wait a little for doctors. But overall it's a good eye clinic.

you have to visit in the hoshpital again and again for normal allergic conjuncyivitis disease although doctors are well behave and hoshpital is also very hyginic. Fee is also high .
