Nayan Jyoti Eye Clinic & Microsurgery Centre - Eyes / Eyes Doctor / Eyes Microsurgery Doctor

I went to Dr Mukesh Khare, Nayan Jyoti, Prayagraj on 2/12/24 to get my mother's eyes checked. I only had to get her spectacle number tested. After paying ₹800 as the doctor's fee and waiting for one and a half hours, when I went inside, the doctor did not give any prescription and called me the next day. The attendant told me that I would have to pay ₹1600 more for eye test after putting in medicines, whereas eye testing is included in almost all doctors' fees. After paying ₹800 as the doctor's fee, getting your eyes/spectacle number tested for ₹1600 is very expensive. The staff here is also non cooperative. If they were charging ₹1600 for the test, then the eye test should have been done on the same day. I came back without any prescription.

Couldn't get a worse experience, my uncle went for his treatment, the treatment went on for more than 5 months, still there was no improvement. Finally, one day the jholachaap doctor said because of too much eye drops, your eyes now have a layer which can only be removed by Laser operation. Go at your own risk. You'll get an appointment of 4, when you're waiting till, you'll get to know that the staff and the doctor went for lunch, who has lunch at 5 pm 🤬 after giving appointment. Then you'll have yo wait till 7 and you get to know doctor is busy in operation, it's better you come tomorrow.

Dr. Mukesh Khare is the best, highly skilled & an expert eye surgeon. The whole staff ( Mr. Avinash, Mr. Chandrabhan & others )of his clinic is very supportive, dedicated & caring. The clinic maintains its standard cleanliness. I am thankful to all.🙏

1. Doctors are unprofessional 2. There was no quese system, your turn will come on the mercy of staff. 3. Clinic persoanls are rude and unprofessional 4. Cleaning & hygiene is not upto the standards.

I'm very disappointed with their treatment activity, doing a lot of tests and ruined so much money on direction of doctor, didn't get any good response. They said that "go at your own risk."

Very poor and rude in term of advising might be having good dignose. Instantly start the treatment which is most of the time can be avoided by some daily partices.

Doctor is very expensive.. Their profession is to make money by doing unnecessary tests. overall doctor is a robber

Doctor is good, but waiting period is very high..... receptionist is not good she changes sequence of patients files..
