My mother get cataract operation here today and I would like to thanks Dr. Ashish and all the other staff members for their support and care to patients. This is one of the best place in prayagraj for any eye related issues. Rates are also genuine and no any hidden charges as all these things are clearly displayed on the reception.

But recently, I met one Doctor Ashish Mitra (MS FCO FVRS), in whom I found the best eye surgeon available at Allahabad. He has opened his own Eye Hospital named as “RATAN JYOT NETRALAYA” in Allahabad, which is located in Katra, near Manmohan Park Chauraha. On last 23rd July 2021, I got cataract-eye of my father operated by Dr. Ashish Mitra very successfully. My father (81 years) was having very serious problems in his left eye due to over-mature cataract, but couldn’t decide for operation due to his fears. It was Dr Ashish Mitra, who persuaded and prepared him beautifully and convinced him to be ready for an urgent eye- operation. Dr Mitra performed the operation on 23.07.21 excellently and very successfully. Due to his professional expertise and excellent surgical skills, clubbed with his very sweet & polite nature, Dr Mitra has become my family Eye-Doctor for all the eye problems of my family, relatives & friends in Allahabad (Prayagraj). His fees & operation-charges are also very reasonable & very genuine in comparison to other Eye-Doctors in Allahabad, despite the fact that he is beyond comparison with other eye-doctors in Allahabad . Ratan jyot netralaya is a one of the best eye hospital in Prayagraj. Very experienced doctor in hospital. All staff is very helpful.

We got 2 of our family member's cataract surgery done at the clinic over the last 2 years. And hearing us all praises, about them, 2 of our other relatives got their cataract surgery done there as well. Dr Mitra has become our go to Dr for any eye related condition. He is thorough, kind and patient with his patients and their relatives. He has built a team the kind of which is very difficult to come across these days.
