Best eye hospital. Good staff. Best faculty. Good environment. Clean place. Every staff behaviour is too good.

I visited this eye hospital after booking an appointment over the phone, expecting a smooth experience. However, despite the appointment, I had to wait over two hours for my consultation. In the end, it didn’t even happen because their software was not working. Instead, they directed me to a counseling session, where the staff seemed more engaged with their phones than with patients. After being told to wait another 1–2 hours for counseling, I decided to leave. The hospital is clearly understaffed, and many employees appeared indifferent to patient needs. I also overheard several elderly patients (60+) expressing their frustration after waiting for hours due to poor management. If you plan to visit, be prepared for long wait times and inefficiency. Only go if you have several hours to spare.

Fake eye hospital totally waste, they tell you wrong information about your eye so that you pay more money to this eye hospital they are all big lier, and if you are coming here by seeing the rating of this hospital then please don't come ratings are totally fake when you come here they will ask you to rate the hospital forcefully.

Very good hospital for eye operation and routine check-up. Doctors are really good with their behaviour. Even the staff is cooperative. Cleanliness is top notch. The environment is good with proper sitting arrangement. Reasonable prices. They also provide Lenses and Glasses at a reasonable price. Good place for your regular eye checkup. Recommended in prayagraj.

Best eye hospital, good staff.I specially thank to Dr Lubna Maroof ,Dr. Vishal yadav and PCT Chandravati Kushwaha ,so sweet doing her job very sincerely.

If your going with mindset of 99 rupees fees then don't go because it is increased to 400 rupees. Staff with tikka and chandan have rude and bossy behaviour . Seems to have staff shortage. Doctors are more about Good.

Hospital staff is very cooperative and helpful. Only issue is time. Time management is poor and because of that it takes a lot of time around 3-4 hrs just for a simple eye test.
